Labor & Birth Support

• Continuous virtual support via phone, text, or video during early labor
• In person Active Labor support
• Hands-on comfort measures, positioning, movement, and relaxation techniques
• Partner coaching and reassurance
• Emotional encouragement and decision making support
• Support for Golden Hour bonding and newborn feeding

Postpartum Support

• 2 virtual or in person postpartum sessions for:
  • Emotional processing and birth story reflection
  • Feeding guidance (breast/chest/bottle)

  • Newborn care basics and emotional check-ins
  • Resource referrals for lactation, pelvic floor therapy, and mental health
