Would you love the freedom to prepare for birth and parenting from the comfort of your own home, at your own pace?

Are you sorting through tons of advice and just want guidance that truly aligns with your values?

Is creating a stronger, more connected bond with your partner a big part of how you’re preparing for birth?

Do you want to feel fully ready for labor and parenting, but dread the idea of a boring, cookie-cutter class?

Does your schedule make it tough to commit to a set class time?

Welcome

Birth is a sacred initiation

A transformative journey that brings us back to our deepest essence, inner strength, and the support of our community. In this passage, we learn to lean on those who hold space for us, advocating for our well-being and honoring our birth preferences. We enter a profound state of presence, surrendering to each moment as the body leads with movement, rhythm, and sound, flowing with the waves of contraction. Breath by breath, we stay grounded. We hydrate, we nourish, and we replenish, sustaining our energy as we journey toward birth.

Childbirth Class: Preparing for the Journey

You deserve childbirth education that meets you where you are. One that respects your time, honors your privacy, and puts you in the driver’s seat.

This private four-class series is designed just for you and your partner. It’s flexible, personalized, and focused entirely on your unique needs, concerns, and hopes for birth and beyond.

At first glance, it may look like any other childbirth class, but it’s not. This series is more, and it goes deeper.

Yes, you’ll gain essential knowledge about labor, pain management, support strategies, and postpartum recovery, but we’ll also explore the emotional and relational side of preparing for birth. We’ll turn information into embodied readiness, helping you feel grounded not just in your mind, but in your body, heart, and closest relationship.

Each session supports you in moving from overwhelm to clarity, and from worry to trust. It also equips your support person to be an active, confident presence, able to advocate, provide comfort, and walk alongside you every step of the way.

Becoming a parent is one of life’s most profound transitions. Let’s prepare  with something that honors the power of this threshold and the wisdom you already carry.

1. Pain Management & Labor Support

Discover the power of movement, breath, and hands-on techniques to support you through labor. Learn how to work with intensity rather than resist it, and explore ways that partners and support people can provide physical and emotional comfort through every stage of birth.

2. Transforming Worry into Clarity & Action

Worry is a natural part of pregnancy. In this class, we’ll explore how to bring fears into the light, normalize them, and use them as tools for preparation. Rather than letting anxiety take over, you’ll learn how to turn your concerns into clarity and action-focused preparation, giving you confidence in the unknown.

3. Understanding Labor Stages: What to Expect & How to Prepare

Labor unfolds in stages, each with its own rhythm, sensations, and needs. This class will help you recognize what’s happening in your body, understand the emotional and physical shifts along the way, and prepare for the unexpected with flexibility and trust.

4. Postpartum Preparation: Rest, Recovery & Support

The journey doesn’t end with birth—postpartum is a sacred transition that deserves just as much preparation. This class focuses on how to rest, how to receive support, and how to care for yourself and your baby in the early weeks. Together, we will explore ways to set up your support system so that you feel nourished, grounded, and ready for this next chapter.

Who is This Offering For?

This four-class childbirth education series is for:

Expecting parents who feel called to go beyond standard childbirth education and explore the emotional, relational, and embodied aspects of birth.

Couples who value privacy and want a more intimate, personalized space to prepare for birth.

Partners who want to be truly involved not just present, but prepared, confident, and emotionally connected throughout the birth and postpartum journey.

Parents seeking meaningful preparation, where their unique values, questions, and lived experiences are honored and woven into the learning.

People who want birth preparation to feel grounded and deep, rather than clinical or surface-level—those who know there’s more to birth than just facts and logistics.

Whether you're planning a medicated or unmedicated birth, delivering at home, a birth center, or a hospital, this series provides the tools, insights, and techniques to help you navigate labor and postpartum with confidence and support.
